Is there a "Request more info" module?

I need a module that I can use so that people can request more info about a product. Idealy the fields of the module should be customizable.

 

For exampe if somebody request info on Product A I want to have only the email address of the person.

If product B then I want to know more information "what is the customer currently using, how many people in his organization, his address, etc etc,"

 

Does something close to this exist?

YOu could play with the contact_us to do that possibly.

Use the feature that is already built in for an external URL (Product URL: in the add product admin page). When this is present, product_info.php puts a line at the bottom of the description with a link. You can tailor what the line says by editing TEXT_MORE_INFORMATION in languages/<language>/product_info.php.
