Error when clicking on the "In Cart" button... any

I had changed a line or two in the english.php which caused the problems.

 

I was attempting to get rid of the code that causes the following line

 

Welcome Guest! Would you like to log yourself in? Or would you prefer to create an account?

 

Does anyone know if I can take this line off of the first page?

don't remove the code, just the text so you're left with quotes only
