Need Multiple Options for Products: HELP!

I am currently working on a large scale catalog for one of our clients and ran into a huge problem.

 

They need the ability for a customer to be able to select multiple options (attributes) from a checkbox list for their products.

The customer will ideally be using up to 10 accessories per model, and wants to give the customer the ability to add all 10 accessories if they wish to.

 

Has anyone ever ran across this before? We already tried two contributions related, but ran into some serious errors.
