Fatal error: Failed opening required 'includes/configure.php

I'm installing the latest CVS in a new web host. I've installed using install.php and everything is fine however when running default.php I get:

 

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'includes/configure.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/psa/apache/lib/php')

 

the funny thing is "apache/lib/php" is not (has not) been entered in configure.php. I guess it's related to the message:

 

"If "URL fopen wrappers" are enabled in PHP (which they are in the default configuration), this can be a URL instead of a local pathname"

 

so using the "/includes" in configure.php will not work in this host? I must call and ask the admin for the PHP lib URL? :|

That's when you set configure.php to chmod 706!!! (with this host!)
