Mark Russell Posted November 11, 2002 Posted November 11, 2002 Greetings, I'm using the fully loaded version from Sep 14. Catalog is running fine. I'm getting the following error on the admin side (appears on the blue field and none of the navigation selections render in the blue field. I do get the white info boxes on the left, though.) Fatal error: Call to undefined function: canshowbox() in /usr/local/plesk/apache/vhosts/everythingtights.com/httpdocs/catalog/admin/index.php on line 206 I confirmed that the canshowbox function is defined in includes/functions/administrators.php, which is part of the administrators contribution. The other strange things about this: 1. I have the exact same setup running on a Win dev environment and it works. I get the error on my production, hosted, UNIX setup. 2. The login page that is part of the administrators contribution shows fine in my Win dev environment, but it doesn't render on the production environment. On production, the first page upon accessing admin/index.php is index with the blue field and all navigation selections. I don't get the login screen on production. Anyone have any ideas on what I can try to fix this? Thanks, Mark
tkeats Posted January 22, 2004 Posted January 22, 2004 Make sure the file exists... When I installed mine, administrators.php was missing in the functions directory.
