Try version 2.2

 

and run the installer in catalog/install/index.php

 

or if you want to use 2.1 (no advantage here) try configuring

includes/application_top.php

i.e. set your database name, pword, server etc and your include paths.

 

I'd suggest getting 2.2 and the installer tho.. everyone else does

good to put a blank index in folders that u want secure in hosting like that
