Thumbnail size just as big as regular image: help!

Hi there,

 

When I am adding images to products, osCommerce automatically generates thumbnails for the frontpage etc. The size of these thumbnails are just as big as the original images. This makes the website pretty slow to load everything. :(

 

Did I miss something when installing osCommerce of does anyone have a solution?

If you want to speed it up, you have to make different image-sizes, a thumbnail and the original as a minimum.
