I think you need to add a payment module which can be found here

but to keep You away from some prders getting lost I sugget You use Paypal IPn payment mocule.You need to install this.

The standard install of oscommerce comes ready to use paypal, all you have to do is to enter your paypal account and make a feew modifications within your profile. easy peasy.

use the rc1 release of oscommerce it has paypal ipn in it.

 

Installing will take an hr or so.

Does the oscommerce that yo mentioned have the direct payment option?
