Guest Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 hello I have version 2 of this product. Everything shows up perfectly and worked perfectly on the admin side. The problem is when a customer decides to use their points. It is de-ducted from their point value, but does not inform the merchant as to how many points was used. it does not show the points were use on the order and is not deducting it from the order. Yet it is deducting it out of their accounts. I also have the switch turned on to Keep Records of Redeemed Points thats not showing up Can someone please help me solve this problem. Thank you Quote
