Css not working properly

Ok I installed the add on "basic_design_pack1-9_1.zip" now I am very familiar with Css but I can't find where to change the gray background of the Categories, What's New, Shopping Cart, Reviews and so on.

 

do i have to go to each field and change them or is their on for all of them?
