you could create a separate product for the sample, or use a product attribute for the sample or use the master products contribution.

Thanks so much for your quick response, if I use the attribute I guess I'd have to set so it deducts the price of the product? I've tried using that in the past, but it still adds the price of the default 1 qty, I'll have to look into trying the master product contribution how does that work? Thank you again I can't tell you how much I appreciate your help Thank You!!!

Thanks again, there are so many there I guess I'll have to try several of them to see which one will work

 

the master products perhaps is more adequate then (although there are other modules that assign the attributes as the total product's price but I cannot recall the one I saw in the past)

 

The master products creates a base product and then you have slave products with different fields like (price, model etc)

Try v1.2 (14 Sep 2006) Seems to be the last complete one. Check the support thread afterwards for updates/fixes and in case you run into problems.
