Under admin when I update customer order status and add a comment ex: tracking number, customer receive the following email: MyStoreName.com ------------------------------------------------------ Order Number: 1 Detailed Invoice: http://www.mystorename/account_history_info.php?order_id=1 Date Ordered: Monday 05 July, 2007 Your order has been updated to the following status. New status: Processing Please reply to this email if you have any questions. -------------------------------------------------------------- As you can see above "Comments" didn't show. Obviously "Notify Customer" is checked when order status is updated within the admin. Anyone experience this before??
