Silverado05 Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 Hello, I have noticed when I log into my test account it shows their is an item in the cart. When I click on shopping cart their is nothing there in it but it shows to be items and it even gives me shipping quotes for the invisible item. Look at the screen shot below for more info and notice inside the red box and notice nothing is there. When your logged out it is fine, is their a reason for this or something I can look into to fix this? -Thanks Search the forum and contributions before posting. Guest Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 Could it be a product you had in your store, then deleted. Try find the entry in your Data Base and see what the product actually is. Or checkout to clear your cart and see if it works then. Maybe even create a new test account and see if that one works as it should. I try to eliminate all the other possibilities before messing with code.

I checked out and bought nothing and it has cleared it for the time being both logged in and out.
