mehaase Posted July 5, 2007 Share Posted July 5, 2007 (edited) I'm setting up a site for a client...first time I've used OS Commerce. (Used PayPal IPN and hacked together store in the past.) The client wants to sell branded merchandise AND premium upgrades. For example, a user could login to the store and buy a t-shirt with the client's logo on it, OR they could login to the store and add 50MB of storage space to their account. (The client's site allows users to upload & share music/photos/movies, and each user has a limit on how much they can store in their account.) So... ignoring some of the complicated scenarios that could play out, basically what I need it to do is to skip the shipping panel for "virtual" orders, and after payment is confirmed, run a script (probably Perl script) to update that user's account information. Is there a contrib that does this? I'm guessing there isn't...but thought I would ask. Has anybody done this before? Any tips/pointers?
