Lizzy_b100
Hi, I have set up table rate shipping on my store but it doesnt seem to be adding up correctly. I have set it up by weight with this ratio Shipping Table 2:2.00,6:3.50,11:5.00,10000:10.00 I am testing with a product where i set its weight to 2. When i have one in my cart it correctly puts the shipping at checkout to £3.30 When i have two of this item in my cart it says the shipping is £5.00. How is it working this out? I would have expected that the 2 weights be added together and as 2+2 =4 the shipping should remain as £3.50. I would expect it to rise to £5.00 only when i have 3 in my cart as 2+2+2=6. Can anyone help please? Liz

You need to check in admin configuration shipping/packaging and see if tare weight is set at 3.
