surferasia Posted July 5, 2007 Posted July 5, 2007 Hi ya all .... l was wondering is it true once u remove/delete paypal a/c- u cant reopen it again? Coz l have closed my a/c as l cant seems to recover my password nor the email add, as b4 l had two email add. l have delete it and one of them l have successful delete it. lt said if u wish to create - pls log-in as new user which l did and trying to create new one but it wont accept my credit card no as it stated this a/c have been used, so what can l do to gain back and put the ony one and one credit card l have to use for paypal payment received. can someone guide me thru this. ls there any way to retrieve this???
surferasia Posted July 6, 2007 Author Posted July 6, 2007 Dear MSP, Oh yup, l did called up & even email them and from the email, they ask me to look at the paypal website for an answer which l cant find any that are related upon cancelling/termination site as it said-u can close the a/c and create new one. And when spoke to them- they said, closed the a/c and create a new one which l did but it would not accept the credit card no and said this credit card had been used n could not be add in. What l was disappointed is that- they said if it wont accept my credit card no anymore-then they suggest, l better off not using their Paypal anymore for payment/receiving cash. That really upsetting :angry: So, how on earth can l sell my products online??? My site are all done n ready to go on live' now but how on earth am l able to receive payment? Thats my main concern. Any good advised on this matters??? best to phone PayPal and talk to a rep.
