binkycrafts Posted July 4, 2007 Share Posted July 4, 2007 I have been sent pages and pages of explanation of the request and response codes needed to authenticate a transaction with my gateway the only thing is I have no idea where to put this new found info? I have enabled the CC payment method and when I select it in the checkout and enter the test card details it processes my order fine but that's not going to do anything with my gateway company as I haven't told it anything. Can someone point me at a site or a document that can help me input all the data I need to into oscommerce to get this working? I have found the contribution that uses the standard oscommerce cc method but adds cvv2 to it as I know that is needed (I have not loaded that yet) but I really need some help in configuring it all. Depending on who your payment gateway is, They should offer you free tech support to set it up on your site. They mostly all do. Search the forum and contributions before posting. If that doesn't work, keep looking, then post. The forum is for seeking help and advice NOT for someone to do your work for you. Guest Posted July 4, 2007 Share Posted July 4, 2007 Search the Contributions for your payment processor. You should find them there (there are many) and then install the contribution, set up, and it will work (hopefully). The CC module that comes with osC jut collects the information. I will have to try and either sort it all out myself or find another gateway that has an oscommerce solution ready to go unless someone can give me any pointers on how to manually configure the transaction process from the collection of the data???
