Zero total still re-directs to PayPal

I'm using the PayPal_IPN module and CCGV(trad).

(posting here cos not sure if it's a PayPal_IPN specific 'bug' or more generic)

 

If the Total to pay is zero (which can happen if the customer has used a voucher and 'Include Shipping' is set to true)

the customer is still re-directed to PayPal where they find the error message:

"Please provide an amount and click Update Totals."

 

Is this a 'bug' or is there perhaps a good reason for not checking to see if total=0.00 ?

(I'm not being sarcastic, there may be a good reason :) )

 

Does anyone have a solution for this?
