konsheyn Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 Hello, The store is running but something is definetely wrong and I can't figure out what. I got enough customers and really satisfied with their cart contents, but final sales are extremely low, I'd say almost nothing. So I got an idea, and I hope it is already realized. I'm looking for addition which will let me see somehow what is going on after customer clicks on "Check out" button, what they are doing, trying to do, and at what point they are leaving. Does anybody know somerthing like that, or has any another ideas?
