Chargebacks are handled very badly; countless times I was informed that a chargeback had been implemented because I hadn't responded despite doing so. Furthermore, the Nochex site itself is often slow and none responsive. In the first week of implementing Pay Pal alongside Nochex 80% of customers used Pay Pal and my overall sales increased by 60%. I no longer use Nochex. We offer Nochex, Paypal, Google checkout and another general credit card processor... Over 2000 transactions from Paypal, and amazing mindblowing 3 for Nochex in the same period, several hundred for the general credit card processor. I think we will remove it too really... its pointless IMO, even in one month of Google checkout being made available in the store it had more uses than Nochex in several years.
