Guest Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 I am trying to configure UPS for my client. After putting allthe necessary information to from UPS. I get the follwing error upon purchase. "UPSXML TimeInTransit Error: 10001: The XML document is not well formed experienced by customer with id 2 on 2007-07-03 06:54:34" If somebody can help me with this one. I am sure this is a simple error for people who have been with oscommerce for a while now. Thanks, Richard Quote

I am sure this is a simple error for people who have been with oscommerce for a while now. It is not a simple error although it has been mentioned before. The thread on UPSXML can be found here by the way. I suggest you first take a look at the address of the shop (admin->configuration) and if that is complete log the UPSXML requests to a file (see the thread for more info). Quote
