mr_wombat Posted July 2, 2007 Posted July 2, 2007 i,m trying to solve a couple of other problems that hopefully someone could help, in the admin section under categories and products i get, Error: Catalog images directory does not exist: /home/webdes_/public_html/images/ along the top of the page, as far as i can see the folder is there and permissions are set at 777 also under payment methods i get no option to install modules although the modules are in there folder, also i get in database backup, Error: Backup directory does not exist. Please set this in configure.php. any help would be greatful, regards, mr_wombat.....

I was able to fix this by going in through FTP to: directory of installation > admin > and then creating a new directory in the /admin/ folder with the name "backups". sorry but I can't help with the rest, I'm still a newbie myself!

Thanks for that but unfortunatley because theres allready a folder called that it didnt work I believe the 3 problems are to do with the root path i have played about with them a bit but just cant get it sorted i need more help, regards, mr_wombat...

I think you need to check your configure.php fileS.
