Align Problems

Does anyone nows how to align the body to the boxes?

On my shop I added a <br> tag between the header and the middle of the page to separate the header from the rest.

 

Now my problem is that the body does not align to the boxes.

for the page heading in the stylesheet drop the font size down 1px that should line it all up at the top.
