Adding New Page

Hello,

 

I want to add a page that appears after the customer confirms the payment and the page

 

should give the customer two numbers extracted from a database. So, if the customer

 

wants to buy these numbers, the numbers should appear after the payment process. How can I achieve that

 

and what i need to do?

 

It might be a complicated process but i need to do it.
