Shipping Method Trying To Get The Following

Hi, want to get three or four difference shipping options on the shipping method page. i.e. Normal delivery, Special delivery, recorded etc. the customer picks the one he wants and the price is calculated. Have tried doing searches on this forum and can't for the life of me find out where I can do this. Any help will be much appreciated.
