Combining Functions

I'm looking at how to add the "update cart" functionality into the other two buttons on the shopping cart page. Some customers are complaining as they "didnt see" the update cart button.

 

I've been searching and trying different ways to do this but cant find any. A simple pop up when someone changes the quantitiy to tell them to remember to update cart would also be awesome.

 

 

If anyone could help me out it would be awesome!!

you could copy the buttons section to the top of the shopping cart. (catalog\shopping_cart.php)

 

so right after:
