Qty Shopping Issues ( How To Set Qty In A Shopping Cart (drop Down Menu)

Hello

Im try to create a drop down qty menu

For example lets say i sell one widgets between 1000 to 50000 widgets and i want to qty showing so the client doesn't have to click back and re select a different qty.
