Cannot Remove Module In Admin After Installing Usps Update

HELP PLEASE,

 

I tried installing the international shipping USPS update... and I have gone and made things worse...

 

If I click on the green Install button in the shipping modules to disable the function before install... the screen simply flashes and looks the same. Instead of switching to the Red remove icon that used to appear here.

 

It was not doing this before I attempted to fix my international shipping with the USPS module.

 

Anyone know where I went wrong? I'm desperate to get this fixed.

 

I have tried to return to my saved files from before the fix install but to no avail. It just does the same thing.

 

ANY help would be greatly appresciated.

Hi

 

Have a look at the configuration table in the admin - chances are that it has got duplicate entries somewhere in it.
