osCommerce and Frames

I know frames are a bit naf nowadays but is there a way to have frames within an osCommerce shop - with the middle frame acting as the shop and the outer frames acting as links to basket / cashier / page links as well as links to login / language / currency etc.

.. but need to update the shopping system now to something more managable --- but I gotta keep a similar design.

 

Any examples of framed sites around? ... and even better - some code to manage it.
