Problems With My Install Of 'header Tags For Novices'

Hi! Any help would be gratefully received. I tried to install header tags for novices to my store www.josjeans.com and since I have, the appearance of the home page has changed and a lot of the links to images etc that were working fine, are now broken.

Any suggestions where I might have gone wrong, or how I repair the structure?
