barkster
Why is it that if you set a product to a taxable good, why would it add the tax automatically if you haven't even logged in? It seems since I only have one tax bracket for Texas and I'm not logged in it should show the net price. Is there a way to disable the gross price anyway and just show the tax in the cart like normal?? If I were to set the product to non-taxable then it would work but wouldn't add the tax as needed at checkout for Texas. Are my questions that dumb that I can't get a response, I've posted two so far in the past few days with no response :-)
ozEworks
You can control if prices are displayed with or without tax yourself. It is in Admin My Store. If you choose without tax they are displayed without tax regardless of whether you are logged in. Tax is only applied at checkout and it depends on where the goods are being shipped to not where the customer lives.

barkster
I searched all over the place but I don't think I ever looked there. I thought it would be in products or tax section. Thanks! go to admin configuration Display Prices with Tax set it to false. Satish
