Eliminate Product Info Page?

My client wants his store to sell things from the subcategory pages, options and all. Sizes, colors, extra pictures, etc. To do this, I figure I'd have to remove the Product Info page, as it would never be used.

 

Is it possible to display product options, (and extra photos), on the category page? Is it possible to delete the Product Info page?
