Installation Through Web Gui

Hello there,

 

I am trying to install oScommerce on my local pc. I have setup MYSQL, Apache, PHP & myPhpAdmin correctly.

 

When I click "Install new online store" it takes me to the second step... Where you select:

 

Import Catalog Database:

 

Automatic Configuration:

 

When I click "Continue" it doesn't do anything.

I'm having the same issue under IIS. Didn't see your post - posted a duplicate above, sorry.

You can do the installation manually and avoid these problems that occur, especially, on Windows. To do that, you need to create a blank database, populate it with the oscommerce.sql found in the install directory, then open the 2 configure.php files - includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php - in a text editor and enter the correct information.
