Two Pricing Availabilities?

Currently rebuilding store. Need to get a suggestion that will help me do the following:

 

1) Retail can purchase only various products (Not all of them) without logging in.

2) Wholesale has a different pricing structure and needs to have an account in order to purchase.

3) Need an extra field for registered users and accounts need to be "approved" by admin once license information has been verified.

 

Any suggestions on any of these items would be greatly appreciated.

Look in the contributions area. There are a couple that have to do with this. One is called separate_pricing_per_customer_docs_v.xx (?). There are a couple of different ones, check them all out and decide what will suit your needs best.
