user99999999 Posted June 29, 2007 Share Posted June 29, 2007 The default paypal module is not very reliable. It requires the customer to redirect back to your site which often doesn't happen. It allows someone to spoof order payments by visiting order success page. It will not work for new paypal customers who need to verify their account. You should use paypal ipn module, i believe the one below is working good. http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...arch,paypal+ipn osCommerce PayPal IPN Module v2.2 For 2.2MS2 Terra 14 Jan 2007 The ipn module allows paypal to contact your server directly and update the order status.
