macatticus Posted June 28, 2007 Posted June 28, 2007 Would it be OK to run multiple osc installations off of a single database? The reason for this would be to have different styles/looks of the same store.
satish Posted June 28, 2007 Posted June 28, 2007 Well if the urls are going to vary but the content be same then the piders will penalise. i suggest that either randomly You change the css that results in different colur concepts and looks or ask for user to select one theme. macatticus Posted June 28, 2007 Author Posted June 28, 2007 What do you mean piders? Are you referring to search engine Spiders? The site is mainly used for a group of customers that won't be from search engines. Since search engines won't be a very big deal, would it be a good idea to use the method I described above?
