Changed Hosts And Now Shoppingcart Is Empty

The typical form that used to work fine using the POST method to add items to cart works as the GET/POST variables are set and visible at the start of the application_top.php file, but no longer populated further down in the code when the actual switch on HTTP_GET_VARS['action'] is being executed.

As a result, the shopping cart is empty.

 

When the buynow functionality is used via a regular GET url, the item is added to the cart.

 

anyone around that can give me a clue on what is happening and what settings I should further look at ?

sessions are stored in mysql
