Guest Posted June 28, 2007 Share Posted June 28, 2007 I have a little problem with my site. Everything works perfectly, but when people order, the orders don't show up. On the main os commerce page, it says pending, processing, and delivered. And I have gotten orders, and next to pending is the number 6 because I have gotten 6 orders. But when I click on pending, it says displaying 0 of 0 orders. And there is nothing there. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? I still have the customers info because they pay via paypal so I can email them, but I don't want to have to email every customer to figure out what they ordered. Thanks. Silverado05 Posted June 30, 2007 Share Posted June 30, 2007 What do you have your status upon conformation set to. Have you checked display All under the staus drop down box on orders page. Have you installed anything new recently? Search the forum and contributions before posting. If that doesn't work, keep looking, then post. The forum is for seeking help and advice NOT for someone to do your work for you. Try to do something on your on, if you are going to run a shop then learn how it works.
