jlskm74 Posted June 28, 2007 Posted June 28, 2007 I installed the UPS XML Contribution and everything is working fine, except..... in admin where it allows you to specify Disallowed Shipping Methods I check the ones I don't want to use but it doesn't update it. Then when I go back to check them off again they are all unchecked. i tried to comment the other options out in the upsxml.php file but that isn't working so well for me either. has anyone had this happen or have a fix? We're offering free UPS ground shipping so I don't want ground shipping to be an option. I also cannot get this disabled. Where in the admin interface do you get the options of disabling specific shipping types? I cannot find that. I tried to disable ground shipping by adding it to the disallowed shipping methods in the upsxml.php file. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Quote

I did find the place in the admin->modules->ups xml to disabled various shipping methods, but that area is greyed out and no shipping methods are displayed to allow me to disable.
