When a customer registers with the site, they never recieve the confirmation email with their registration details, however, when i contact them via the site, it works fine, when they contact me via the site, it works fine, i.e i get their emails, they get mine. The only thing not working is the registration confirmation email. Ive searched all over and no one seems to have an answer.
