GemRock Posted June 28, 2007 Posted June 28, 2007 NO scripts in osc responsible for the admin password. you just need to reset it using the password protect directory function to do it. this answer is related to the topic title of your post, and not to your store if that also happens to be not working. You generally do have cpanel access.There You will find password protect directory use it to go to admin folder and change password. else look into htaccess file in admin folder and a htpasswd file else where these two together does have the details.
