oscobob
Is osCommerce the solution for me? I want to create a store, but my products aren't stuff I will ship. I will be listing classes for a learning store, so I will not need to have a shipping category. What I do want is something that will show "seats open" and when its "filled", its "closed". I installed osC based on a recommendation from another web designer and I had it on a Fantastico script for my server. I've installed it on a subdomain for testing. I've never used this before, so please point me to the right direction. And if osC is not the software I should be using, pls. recommend me something else, preferrably open source. Thanks! bob

Thanks! bob osC will do what you want but it will need you to show it a little love  You'll want to monkey around the category display to show in/out of stock. Since you're not selling a product with weight you'll want to modify the checkout to skip shipping if there is no weight. You'll want to bar checking out if the product is out of stock. That's about the minimum to effectively do what you're looking to do. Iggy Everything's funny but nothing's a joke...
