cooch Posted June 27, 2007 Share Posted June 27, 2007 We have been having severe slowness in one of our stores, and we have finally narrowed it down to a search query that is taking minutes to perform and is locking up the database. We found it in the logs as a hit from a google search, which is also very strange! Anyway, the link goes to advanced_search_result.php?shop_by_price=1&;pto=20&sort=2a&page=4&osCsid=5981f98eff157befea98ae6c21cfc3e1, and causes the page to never load. Some stores seem susceptible to it, and others are not. We are thinking that something in the search string is giving the db trouble, and this link just made us aware of it.
