No Shipping Charge For One Item

I have one product of 700 that I want to charge $0 for and only charge shipping. I currently have osCommerce setup with free shipping for orders over $150 dollars, but $6.95 flat shipping under that price. I want to charge only $3.95 for this catalog (for shipping only.) How can I do this? Is there a way to set the cost of the item to $3.95 and have no shipping cost? Currently, I have the product set to -$3.00 and then it applies the $6.95 shipping to give me $3.95. However, if someone orders the catalog at the same time as another product over $150, it gives them free shipping and then $3.00 off their order.

 

Any ideas?

 

Okay, before anyone says it, I did search on the forums for this and went about five pages through before I realized that none of the topics had anything to do with my question. If there is a topic on this, please let me know and I shall put my foot in my mouth immediately.

You could write a function to check the cart and see if this item is in the cart and if it is, then add on to the shipping after it has been calculated.
