I've just found this page of my site indexed by Google:

http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&s...earch&meta=

I've got SID killer contrib installed, so how can I fix this?

I've also noticed that OSC likes it's SIDs and they're frequently in the URL. Shouldn't be be using cookies instead? (I have cookies enabled.)

Be sure in your admin section you have "prevent spider sessions" set to true.

Use this http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2819/

to help the spiders remove the sessions when indexed next time they crawl your site.

spiders.txt plus kill spider session ID these two together are responsible for detecting a spider and then not concatenatinf the session ID.

SO as stated in above coment set kill spider session as true and update spiders.txt

Additional suggestion is to chk web stats if google still add session id.

Thank you!

Although I feel sid killer wasn't doing it's job properly as my links page is brand new, so this shouldnt have happened.

Hopefully setting "prevent spider sessions" will have sorted that problem.

Thank you again for a quick and helpful response.

I checked Google's Webmaster Tools and sure enough, over 150 pages were reported with errors.

They all had sid's attached. Hopefully when I next get crawled, they'll all be fixed. Fingers crossed!
