Kuma Posted June 27, 2007 Share Posted June 27, 2007 I have one that I can not seem to find anywhere after searching around the boards and Google. We accept both Money Orders and PayPal at our new site and we just caught this today. When a customer orders using PayPal all appropriate information is transfered and we receive the details of what products were ordered (how many, cost, etc) in both email and in the admin panel. So PayPal IPN is working fine. When a customer uses money order, we receive the email with all customer information except what the customer ordered. The module is figuring the correct total on cost, but all we see is "0 x" in the product field. When I sign into admin and view orders, once again nothing but "0 x". So I did a bit of testing and the customer email and customer order history also shows, you guessed it, "0 X". Has anyone ever seen this before or maybe has an idea of where I can begin to diagnose what is going wrong and why. It almost seems like everything is working fine and just one field of information is not being passed correctly. Just happens to be one of the most important fields of information there is for an online store (of course it would be that one :rolleyes: ). All other information is coming through, but when a customer pays with a money order we get no information on what they ordered or the quantity. I've done comparisons of files, looked at our database, etc and I am just not seeing it. If anyone has even an idea that may point me in the right direction, please post something. One missing } and interestingly enough had a complete working store with something that I would have expected to have shown as an instant error during checkout and yet did not. Lesson for me I guess to not assume some greater problem first. :blush: Thanks to anyone who did read this and spend some thought on what may have been wrong.
