new install - can't access admin.php

I just installed OsCommerce with no problems. Everything appeared to work well.

 

But I have not been able to get into admin.php. When I try to access it, the page comes up saying "you are not authorized to view this page".

 

What do I need to change to get this to work? I have tried several things but nothing seems to work! Help!!!
