Guest
I am using a template and it shows the second level categories on the homepage. Can anyone tell me how to make the second level categories show up where the products currently show? I want it so that you only see the car manufacturer on the homepage, then when you click the manufacturer the models category shows up. Please help, any ideas welcome as I really want to use this template and this is the only thing stopping me. I'm using the contrib http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...NTER+CATEGORIES Hi, Many thanks for your suggestion ihatedeskjets. I started to run this mod but fell down in step 2 it tells me to find " <tr> <td class="main"><?php echo TEXT_MAIN; ?></td> </tr>" However, this does not appear in my index.php, probably already been modified by whoever created the template. Does anybody have any other suggestions? Please?
Guest
<tr> <td class="main"><?php echo TEXT_MAIN; ?></td> </tr>" This is the part that makes the main text show up on osC as seen in this picture http://www.oscommerce.com/images/screensho...scommerce-1.png Your template does not have main text so it was probably removed for that reason. If you download an original copy of osC you will be able to see where that code should be in relation to the code from your template. It should help you through that step.
