lilangel Posted June 26, 2007 Share Posted June 26, 2007 We have setup the shop from scratch, We are able to recieve emails of the order and contact us fine, But When We send a customer a email or a welcome email or Order Updates or Oder Invoice , They do not recieve these emails at all through there emails . Email Options are as set below E-Mail Transport Method sendmail E-Mail Linefeeds LF Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails false Verify E-Mail Addresses Through DNS false Send E-Mails true And this Doesnt work at all, What can be the issues customer not reciving there welcome email or Order Invoice. germ Posted June 26, 2007 Share Posted June 26, 2007 Similar Problem Ask your server Admin in the email is configured to put "Reverse DNS Lookups" in the email headers. Have your customers put the email address that your site uses to send emails into their addressbook so it doesn't accidentally get flagged as SPAM. A few things to try. If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
