Eoin Murray Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 Hi, I have a new shop just went live end of last week (www.murraymotorsport.ie) but paypal orders are not processing. I have 2 payment options setup Paypal & check/money order. When paypal is used I get no email to tell me I have a new order and no order is processed. I just get a mail from paypal with the money in the account. So of course I have no idea what the customer has bought. When check/money order is used I also get no mail to tell me I have a new order but when I got to Orders in the admin section I can see the new order. So this is not really a problem. Should the shop send me a mail to let me know about new orders? Any anyone got any fix for my major paypal prob?? Please HELP!!!
modulate Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 First try reinstalling the modules again. Make sure you have the most upto date Paypal IPN contribution. Uninstall the two modules first, then reupload new ones to your store, and install them through admin. See if that makes any difference first before anything else. Yes, you will get emails on all sales from your store, so your store is not doing what it should.

Install the PayPal IPN contribution, activate it, then de-activate the standard PayPal option in Admin. This is one of the most common questions here and the PayPal IPN contribution is the best fix.
